Coggins and Health CertificateCoggins Papers/Health Certificates: In accordance with Florida State Law, ALL horses and ponies on the grounds MUST have a current negative Coggins Certificate (within 12 months). A copy of the certificate MUST be on file in the Show Office. All Horses coming from out of state are required to have a 30-day Health Certificate. All non-showing horses on the grounds must be listed on an entry blank and present a Coggins as listed above. ANY HORSE NOT IN COMPLIANCE MUST VACATE PREMISES – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Show Office DetailsShow Office Details The Show Office is located at the corner of the Indoor arena. The Show Office is open Friday from 1pm to 30 minutes after the last class of day is completed. The Show Office is open Saturday from 7am to 30 minutes after the last class of day is completed. The Show Office is open Sunday from 630am to 30 minutes after the last class of day is completed.

Can I add or scratch classes?If you scratch a class, you will need to notify the show office. There is no refund or credit if you scratch a class. No refunds to "switch classes", you will need to scratch the class and add the new class. If you would like to add a class, you can add at any time during show prior to the start of the class you are adding. -When you check in with the show office if you choose to leave the show account with an open check or credit card authorization form, you can add at the gate with paddock master. -If you choose to close out your show account when picking up your number to show, you will have to add any classes in the office and pay. Your back number will have a designated mark for staff to allow adds. -Any exhibitor/representative that adds classes at the gate on a closed account and requires JSEE management to collect on account fees, will be charged a late fee of $50 per exhibitor/horse to collect balance owed. Management has the right to combine or cancel any division with less than three entries.

Permanent Back NumbersWe are offering back numbers 1-101 for sale at $30 for the 2024 show year! A permanent back number purchase allows you to show with the same number all year at our show series. We will provide you with a set of three numbers for you to use this show year. Numbers are assigned to the horse. What if you don't want to purchase a back number? You are not required to purchase a back number as an exhibitor. We will provide one when you sign up. Exhibitors will not have a choice over back number assigned if one is not purchased through the show in the 1-101 availability. How do I purchase a back number? Please contact the show to see if the back number between 1 - 101 is available for you to purchase.

How do I get an RV Hookup?Rv hookups are ONLY available through the Jacksonville Equestrian Center facility. Where do I park when I haul in and tie out of a trailer?When hauling in and tying out to a trailer we offer parking on the grass side of covered arena. JEC Management designates where haul in exhibitor's park. There is no covered or shaded parking so please plan accordingly. There will be absolutely no parking along barns or rings. Please do not tie your horse to a stall front or use a stall that you have not been assigned. If an exhibitor chooses to use a stall that is not assigned by the show office, it will be billed at stall rate and a late fee of $50 per stall. JEC Facility Management and/or JSEE show management has the right to require stalls due to safety, concerns of a horse, heat or weather concerns. Exhibitors will be responsible to pay for shavings and stall fee if stalls are required. Grounds fee is billed per horse/per day.

When can exhibitors arrive and depart?Depending on the stall option or haul in option you select the following will apply. One Day Stall Option (Arrive Friday 12pm and depart by end of Show Saturday) One Day Stall Option (Arrive Saturday after 12pm and depart by end of Show Sunday) Two Day Stall Option (Arrive Friday 12pm and depart by end of Show Sunday) Grounds fee for any horse not stalled. Fee is billed per day. (Cannot tie out overnight) If you choose to arrive earlier than listed time or stay longer than listed time fees will be billed accordingly as early arrival or late departure per stall including tack.

Can I be a Vendor?Vendors are welcome to sign up and set up at the show. We do ask that vendors contact the show prior to date you would like to attend as we must approve each vendor. Spots available indoors and outdoors with and without electric. We have a vendor application available. Once processed and approved you can reserve a spot. flallbreedhorseshow@gmail.com 904-274-4200
J & S Equestrian Events (JSEE) reserves the right to refuse admission or entry by any exhibitor, owner, agent, trainer, or spectator.
Any act of discourtesy to any judge, official, management, owner, exhibitor, spectator, trainer, volunteer, facility member or staff member will be grounds for removal from facility immediately. No Refunds for any reason, fees can be assessed, titles and points will be forfeited for show and eligibility to return in future may be terminated.
